How to become a donor

Donor Journey

From your online application to your first donations, our team guides you through each step with clear information, medical screening, and personal support.

1. Complete the application form

Your first step toward becoming a sperm donor is to fill out our online application.

2. We contact you

Our team will contact you with further information and guide you through the next steps of becoming a sperm donor at Premier Sperm Donors.

3. Interview and sperm sample

You will complete a questionnaire about your own health and the health of your immediate family, and speak with our donor coordinator. During this conversation, you will learn more about what it means to be a donor and have the opportunity to ask any questions.

You will also provide a sperm sample so we can assess your sperm quality.

4. Medical screening and profile interview

You will have a consultation with one of our doctors, who will also perform a physical examination. We will take blood samples and ask you to provide a urine sample. These tests are used to screen for hereditary and infectious diseases, including sexually transmitted infections.

You will also meet with our donor coordinator to provide additional information for your donor profile, such as interests, values, and practical details like height and shoe size. We will also ask you to provide a few childhood photos.

5. Getting started as a donor

If you meet all requirements and your sperm quality meets our standards, you will be approved as a sperm donor and can begin donating.

You will book your own appointments in our system. You can donate from a few times per month up to 2-3 times per week, depending on what suits you and your sperm quality.
