Terms of Use
These Terms of Use summarise the legal obligations that apply when you take part in the Premier Sperm Donors programme. Please review the full agreement provided during onboarding and seek independent advice if you have questions about your rights or responsibilities.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting any form, or otherwise engaging with Premier Sperm Donors ("PSD"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the terms, you must refrain from using the site and digital services.
The terms may be updated from time to time. Returning to the site constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
2. Account Creation and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and hold valid government identification to apply as a donor.
When creating an account or submitting an application, you agree that PSD may contact you by phone, SMS, or email regarding your application and programme participation.
- You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and secure.
- PSD may decline or terminate an application without explanation if eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Screening and Donor Obligations
The donor programme includes comprehensive medical evaluations, genetic testing, background checks, and counselling. You must consent to required examinations and provide truthful health information.
If you are approved as a donor, you agree to attend scheduled donations and follow PSD procedures for sample collection, hygiene, and quarantine periods.
- You may not misrepresent your identity, medical history, or lifestyle factors.
- You must notify PSD of material changes to your health, residency, or contact details.
- PSD may pause or end your donor status at any time if guidelines are breached.
4. Compensation and Financial Matters
Approved donations are compensated at 500 DKK per donation, which is the maximum permitted in Denmark. Payments follow PSD’s established procedures.
Compensation covers your time and travel expenses. PSD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential costs.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
PSD handles personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable health legislation. Information is shared only with authorised staff and authorities when legally required.
You consent to PSD collecting, storing, and using your information for donor assessment, laboratory testing, and quality assurance.
- You may request access to your personal data at any time.
- Information is not disclosed to third parties without your written consent unless mandated by law.
- Detailed provisions covering biometric data and security controls are outlined in the full legal agreement.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The website and donor programme are provided on an "as is" basis. PSD is not responsible for losses resulting from temporary unavailability, technical issues, or unauthorised use of your login credentials.
PSD’s total liability is limited to the amount of compensation you have received, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.
7. Disputes and Governing Law
Any dispute between you and PSD should first be resolved amicably. If a solution cannot be reached, the matter is governed by Danish law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
