Premier Sperm Donors DK ApS is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you visit our website or use our services.

- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): where we need your explicit consent, for example for certain types of communication or processing of health data.

Disclosure of Information
We only disclose information in the following cases:

Advertising Measurement
If you accept marketing cookies, we share a limited set of technical information with Meta so we can see whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram are working. This covers your IP address, information about your browser, which page you visited, and whether you submitted an application.
We store two ids on your device for up to 90 days: one we generate at random, and one that comes from the ad you clicked.
We never share what you write in your application. No name, email, phone number, date of birth, or health information is sent to Meta.
The basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time in the cookie settings, and we will stop sharing the information.
Meta processes the information in the United States. The transfer takes place on the basis approved by the European Commission for transfers of personal data to the United States.
Retention
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as long as legislation requires. Donor records may be kept longer in accordance with applicable rules on health data and to enable future enquiries.
Your Rights
As a data subject under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Right of access, rectification, and erasure.
- Right to restriction of processing and to object.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to withdraw consent when processing is based on consent.
- Right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (www.datatilsynet.dk).

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve the user experience, analyse traffic, and tailor content. You can manage or opt out of cookies at any time through the cookie settings on this website or through your browser settings. Only necessary cookies (for operation and security) cannot be deselected.
